i was blown away by the lush greenery, so clean and impeccably cared for. the location offered so many swim spots with four pools. cleanliness throughout was evident i found it a peaceful retreat right on the beachfront with countless dining options nearby.

our room key stopped working several times. the problem was never properly resolved, even after multiple trips to reception. it was annoying to go up and down stairs repeatedly.

Wonderful Stay at a Charming Resort

The lobby was beautiful, offering a great feel upon arrival. A large Santrian Club Adult Only room featured a walk in shower. There were many umbrellas that provided adequate shade near the peaceful child free pool area. The breakfast buffet presented lots of delicious options with numerous seating places.

The tennis courts were fully booked throughout my stay, and I got little information on how to book tennis or bikes.

The staff members were friendly, always ready to help. Respectful staff showed kindness making my stay more enjoyable. It was a very nice touch . I received really good care from the staff.
